The new development on the existing Black Toyota Site consists of a Workshop extension and extended customer car parking area. The proposed workshop extension is to built where the existing spare parts office is located. The spare parts office is to be demolished to make way for the new workshop area. The Workshop with be steel portal frame construction with metal roofing and cladding.
