This new Office block for Fitzsimmons Real estate will accommodate the new offices for Fitzsimmons as well as two other future offices or retail shops. Construction of the building will be a suspended concrete slab with tilt concrete walls for the wall on the property boundaries. The structure will mainly be steel portal frames supporting a custom orb metal roof. The external walls will be a mixture of glass, concrete and metal cladded walls.
