Stage 2 of this development consists of 20 apartments built in a three storey complex above an underground carpark. The complex is to be built behind Stage 1 of the complex in Graceville Ave, with Stage 2 overlooking Parkland. The building is constructed with a ground slab resting on steel screw piles, and suspended slab construction for the storeys above.
