MIDDLEMOUNT MOTEL DEVELOPMENT - MIDDLEMOUNT
The motel is located in Leichhardt drive near the shopping centre in Middlemount. The complex contains 48 unit motel rooms and one manager’s residence. The complex will also have a central facility which will house the Bistro, Sports Bar, Administration Area, Kitchen, Toilets, Cold and Cool rooms and the Plant and Bin Enclosures. Each Unit has its own Ensuite, TV, and robe/bench facility. The complex is set out on a large block with room for future expansion. There is a common driveway through the complex with open air parking to accommodate for each unit and the central facility |
