The extension to the Pinaroo Retirement Village consists of 28 new ensuited bedroom facilities which will be constructed in four stages. The construction will remove parts of the existing village to make room for the new and updated development. The staged construction is a procedure where the current tenants can be relocated into the new building without having to relocate off the village. Construction will take 60 weeks being finished August 2009.
