The proposed construction of 14 duplex’s and a community building is an addition to the existing Symes Grove retirement village. The 14 duplex’s are divided into 3 types of layout, arranged around the site facing north-south. The community building is a large single room with amenities including a kitchen. Access to the duplex’s will be via internal roads accessed off handford road main entry point. There will also be a small carpark near the community building.
