WATERFRONT PLACE - MACKAY MARINA
A new development on the Mackay Marina, the Waterfront Place will be a 3 storey commercial based building with restaurant facilities on the ground level. Construction with be of suspended concrete floors with a glass wall overlooking the harbor. The building is located in the centre of the harbor, where an existing building was demolished to the ground with the existing concrete slab remain. The project is contracted to finish in mid 2008.
